Surgery to restore use of hand on paralyzed former police officer

Washington University neurosurgeon Dr. Zach Ray discusses the surgery he performed on former Hazelwood police officer Craig Tudor at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis on Thursday, May 24, 2018. The goal of the surgery is to restore Tudor's use of his hand by splicing working nerves in his forearm and bicep that control his hand and lower arm.
