Video: Ten years ago, Kirkwood residents gathered for a candlelight vigil to honor the victims of the City Hall shooting

On Thursday, Feb. 7, 2008, Charles Lee "Cookie" Thornton went on a shooting rampage at the Kirkwood City Hall that killed two police officers, two council members, the public works director, and the mayor, who died several months after his initial injuries. The city held a candlelight vigil the night after.
